As a painter and sculptor from early childhood, and growing up the son of a successful interior designer, Rory Volk was exposed to design principals at a very young age. Since then, his highly developed aesthetic and keen eye for color and light has informed both his bold and graphic expressionist art and his elegant and fanciful interior design. His interest in interior design as a reflection of the people who live and interact in interior spaces led him to pursue a degree in Psychology with a focus in Fine Arts. He was awarded his B.S. in Psychology from St. Mary's College, and went on to begin his career in interior design.
